I’ve thoroughly enjoyed banking with you, primarily, your convenient services suited my needs in my early career as a world traveler, secondly the excellent customer service of being able to talk with someone 24 hrs a day no matter where in the world or what time zone I was in. Digital key linked to physical phone
Outdated methodology - linking the digital key to the phone means I can’t now access my account without going through security reset given I’ve changed phones. Painful and unnecessary in this day and age.

We've fine-tuned the app to bid farewell to those tiny bugs that were buzzing around causing mischief. We've also done a bit of general housekeeping to ensure everything hums without a hitch.
