No Skip Forward or Backward
Would give no stars if I could due to the lack of ability to skip forward or back. I can’t think of any other streaming platform without this necessary function. Foxtel, you’re on if the most expensive of the platforms - if not the most expensive. Please get up to modern streaming platform standard.

I was subscribed with Foxtel Now for several years - even got a Foxtel Now Box. It was never used as I was still using a functioning Set-Top Box at the time. Unfortunately, like many folk struggling with C.O.L. issues, I asked to ‘suspend’ my account until things eased (I can still log-in, but that’s all). I understood that as long as I had the ability to still log-in, I could still use my Foxtel Now Box as a Digital Tuner only, until I restored my previous/new plan. However, when I attempt to install the Box via my tv. it will not complete the set-up process. So is the Box useless unless I’m actually subscribed to a paying plan? Why can’t I still use it as a Digital Tuner for ‘Free-to-air’ programming? This feels so like Foxtel's style - to disable the device until you start paying up again. Or have I got that wrong…? I can’t seem to get any answers… and I’m not happy about any of it.

This is disappointing, i was signing in to use the free 10 days to see if it was good or not. To my surprise is charged me $35 and i couldn’t even watch anything as it was all “locked”. This is unreasonable, please give me back my money. I didn’t like paying for my “free” trial.

Forward or reverse are difficult (you can only use the slider). Recordings of live sport only included the scheduled recording, not extra time (for example today I watched yesterday’s F1 qualifying which ran late- the programme available on Foxtel Go only goes to the end of the 1h scheduled qualifying, not to the end of actual qualifying because it ran late).
