Nonsense
Took out membership Sep2019. The app keeps giving me an Inbox message, deleted multiple times, still appearing: “Your membership expired Sep2019”. Same message appears at the cinema kiosk. Staff told me “it does that sometimes”. Hoyts, get your IT systems sorted and integrated please. And fix your app.

Wi you please please PLEASE update this app! Hoyt's is connected to Optus Perks and whether going through the app or attempting to find movies online through Hoyt's it is PAINFULLY slow and unresponsive. Plus, when trying to select seats when purchasing online several available seat options do not respond to tap or allow you to select (often in row 'H' right where I want to sit).

This app needs to be updated ASAP. It's slow and unresponsive. It's literally a waste to have on my phone. I just go online or to the actual theater smh.

Slow and unresponsive at times
This is a typical problem and mistake companies make by saving money to go cross-platform with mobile apps. The app is slow, unresponsive and at many times unusable. Today, I tried Hoyts website and app and both are unusable. Very frustrating. This app is simple a mobile website wrapped as an app, and not a native app.
Terrible update
This app used to work fine. Now it is sluggish and keeps crashing, it isn't easy (or possible?) to have more than one favourite cinema. In short it is painful to use, the opposite if what users want.
