The app mentions while parking 'time runs but mot charging' ... however, I realised they've been charging fuul on all along. If you use it for long and frequently, it is a rip-off company! SHAME!

it didn't work and they charged me 2x 3 eur. called customer support and couldn't help me with financial matters.
Good app good service perfect bikes
In Brno I should have 4 free rides per day (2x is being paid by Brno city, 2x by multisport). Each time I do fourth ride I am being charged 32Kč by nextbike. When I contact them they refund it. It is painful to contact them everytime I do 4 rides per day! They say they are working on it, but it is not working for at least 1 month as it should.
