Get going in four steps:
Step 1: BECOME A CUSTOMER
• Choose the subscription that’s right for you
• Become a Mobility customer in just a few steps
• Download the Mobility app
Step 2: MAKE A RESERVATION
Open the app or the customer portal and proceed as follows:
• Enter the Mobility station
• Enter the desired duration
• Select the vehicle category, reserve
Step 3: DRIVE OFF
• Go to your reserved vehicle.
• Inspect the vehicle for damage. Report any damage to the vehicle via the Mobility app before you start your journey.
• Unlock the vehicle using the app (via Bluetooth), the Mobility Card or your SwissPass card.
• Off you go!
Step 4: DROP OFF
• Return the vehicle to the original Mobility station on time. If the fuel level is under 1/3, refuel the vehicle before returning it.
• Lock the vehicle using the app (via Bluetooth), the Mobility Card or your SwissPass card.

No reply whatsoever. I uploaded the license 3 times and still get notified I didn't update it. I made a bug report through the chat function and still no reply 37 days later...
The service itself was good, nice car, and good customer service but I had more than one issue with invoicing. I was charged un requested service, and even the 3 months Mobility plus was renewed automatically without any volunteer acceptance.
Nutzlos. Als ich heute ein Fahrzeug mieten wollte wurde ich informiert dass mein Testabo abgelaufen ist – Kein problem, dann Zahle ich ein Abo. Leider muss dafür ein komplett neues Konto angelegt werden, was wie das ursprüngliche erst nach langwieriger manueller prüfung genutzt werden kann... Wieso? Ich bin doch bereits bekannter Kunde. Abgerechnet wird auch sofort... Wer ab und zu flexibel ein Auto braucht ist bei Mobility fehl am Platz.

Deutlich unübersichtlicher und mühsamer zu bedienen als die vorherige App. Viel Herumscrollen und Tipperei auf der Karte, statt eine einfache Liste. Aufdringliche Hertz-Werbung - dabei gibt es in der Umgebung gar keine Hertz-Vermietung. Können wir bitte die alte App zurück haben?
Could you please make it possible to save the reservation to the system default calendar (instead of enforcing Google Calendar)? I'm using Proton Calendar and other apps can add events to it, but Mobility always open Google Calendar (or does nothing if it is not installed). Thanks a lot! I love the app and the car sharing concept! The interface is beautiful and is a joy to use!
Ich hatte leider eine 50CHF Strafe aufgebrummt bekommen, wegen ein paar Minuten Verspätung. Ich wusste leider bei meiner ersten Miete nicht, dass sich die Zeit nicht automatisch verlängert. Ich hatte vorher geschaut ob der Van anschliessend gebucht war und hatte dementsprechend keine Eile. Letzten Endes musste ich eine zweite Miete abschliessen, mit extra Kosten zusätzlich zu den 50CHF Strafe. Anschliessend war der Kundendienst überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit und liess die angebrachte Kulanz fehlen.
