Over half the scooters simply do not work. Do not ever rely on this company to go anywhere. Use Uber instead they are almost the same price.
- Friend's promo code did not work. - Both scooters I tried were faulty. I was immediately charged for the first one that did not even run at all. Found another scooter, but power went dead after a few minutes of riding even if the app said the battery was still full. - Expensive rates including being charged for a service that was not working. I filed a complaint but this was ignored.
