I rented a car today, they charged the debit card, and we weren't able to get the car , after the payment we couldn't see the upcoming rental or the payment we made, no information at all, ask for a refund, or to reach customer service , the whole experience was traumatic , how we can get the money back? Please help the app is useless

The worst rental experience of my life. This app is a scam, 500 euros taken and charging me 450 euros extra (TOTAL OF 950 EUROS) + rental + extra km + cleaning fee. No customer service, rude owners and useless app. It's a nightmare to deal with them. I wish I could give 0 stars to this trashy app, SCAM FRAUD
for commercial cars it's necessary to require owners to fill the cargo dimensions. for cars with eco restrictions the explanations of the territory of use. Cause some owners of non-eco vehicles have permission to pass such areas. So in my case I didn't know this. - there are a problem exists: while registering or doing something within the app, it dispatches you to the mobile browser saying "link isn't supported" anyway, this is app has good UI - I bet that the product owner isn't from Spain
Great application. Easy process of renting the car quickly. Though there is a small detail that I miss. As a pet owner, I would love to have an option to see cars that are pet friendly. In the application, it briefly mentions that if it's not specified by the owner of the car that pets are welcome, then it's not allowed. Which makes sense, though I would really appreciate the option to choose a car that is pet friendly.
