Overall it's fine but I would think if I have the app and then buy a ticket in the app, you should be able to save my ticket information on the app, rather than me have to upload the reference number again.
I'm glad Eurostar exists. The service is great. But this app is mediocre at best. I've been using it for 2 years ish. Logs me out regularly and without warning. You have to enter the same passenger details into several forms for some reason. One of those does not save them for the next time. Since 2 days now I can't download my tickets or refresh bookings, just says "please try again". Luckily it works on my travel companion's phone currently and I can get my ticket there.

Just full of bugs. Can't select a date for the journey. Searching even with today's date just brings errors.
Just an horrible webview wrapper. And the website (hosted in the webview) is horrible too. Can't buy any tickets, all trains have people "snapping my place" (but there is no way to get the list to update to reflect new prices availabilities). Considering the price of the travels I think we deserve better
You cannot change seats anymore. Clumsy dev. App has degraded a lot
