It's not easy to get XP and even harder to maintain them. Also, we need to verify the XP before and after every single flight. Otherwise they will just miscalculate the amount. So spending 30 min to 1h on the phone with them to convince them that something went wrong.
They cancel too many flights. I booked my trip to Paris In September and by April they had changed my flight 5 times. Now I'm in paris and they canceled my flight home. I have to stay an extra day, find hotel for extra night all out of my pocket. They are having a strike but that should not put their customers out. Not Happy!
Its a good design and easy to use but doesn't work behind the scenes. I get notifications that my seat has been changed when it hasn't, that i can check in when I already did, and it makes me super anxious that they have no idea how to manage am airline on the internet. Scary!
Air France through my travels has been very professional and very easy to travel. The planes are clean, the service is great, and I relax.
