Content of your MOBIB card
- Want to know how many journeys you have left on your MOBIB card? Connect your card to the app via NFC and you'll find out.
- Whether you have a season ticket or a ticket, you can simply reload your MOBIB card via the app. Please note that it will take at least 24 hours before your ticket or season ticket is available on your MOBIB card.
Everyone deserves to travel comfortably
- Need an escalator or lift? Use the ""Info"" tab to see in real time for each station whether all escalators and lifts are working.
- For buses and tram lines 7 and 9, the app tells you the degree to which a stop is accessible.

Had to pay a fine due to a system error in the app and miscommunication regarding the validation of the monthly ticket.
Terrible app. Just does not work. Tried buying a ticket but after buying it, it did not activate or show up on the app

I've been logged out and whatever I tried to log in again it gives me an error, so I cannot use my newly bought pass. Could only use the app two times!
Very bad. The QR Code was not working and we had to pay fine for additional tickets. Always go for tickets at the tram or railway station.
Structure of app is counter intuative, design and UX are terrible. Lacks modern ease of use functions like Google pay, ability to scan VISA/Mastercard. No way to buy ticket when searching for a journey. Digital tickets QR code is not easily accesible. It took me only 2 minutes to find above issues. Im certain I'll find many more
I had some trouble accessing my digital tickets, but the support email contact connected with me. But because of the issue, and how easy it is to simply use a credit card when boarding, 3 stars
