BART is working on future features of the app to enhance your BART experience... Tell us about the features you want.
App is designed as though their product development team has never seen an app before. You have to know the locations of each BART station in order to find information on them because the map will only show a pin for a currently selected station. You can't move the map and find nearby locations. The app team responds to reviewers saying they're using the app wrong instead of using the feedback to improve.
It doesn't work, it crashes every time
Recent app update causes old train times to show up, and the refresh button doesn't seem to work anymore
It's... Okay. The default station always resets to 12th Street, even if you have stations starred. No way to customize, what are we, iOS users? Edit: Thanks for the response, but you should consider the fact that regular users may not want to turn on location services.
I set the app up, and the next time I needed it, the pay-for-parking option was gone. Reinstalling did nothing. Apparently BART is using this to set us up for parking tickets. Serves me right for trusting an organization which in every other way shows how much it despises its ridership.
None of the times in the application match what is being displayed at the station. This makes it useless to plan the right time to meet a train.
It is not possible to read stations departure if bigger fonts are used. Also, a widget could be a good addition.
- “Tap and Go” improvements for easier one-click parking payment
- No more stall numbers
