Subscribed in AutoPay, but now I'm getting late payment notices?? What is wrong with this?
Easy to use.
6 months and my issue has not been fixed. Left feedback and emailed Comed with no results or response via email. App keeps logging me out, i have to login every single time.
App does not work properly! Does not allow me to set up alerts does not allow you to pay MORE THAN your bill. Your message center is terrible and you are not open on weekends to assist customers calling in
Always seems to be a problem when you are trying to pay your bill on time. Try the day-after the due date. Your bill will be late but the app will definitely be back online to except your late fee.
I find this out very easy to use. I think anyone would find it easy to use. It says time and expenses.
