When you enter the machine # it states, "invalid machine," when you call you can only have issues during normal business hours, and when you submit through the other application it states, "Processing," but cannot be traced by the callers or by the online verification. I have lost almost $10 since 3/4, and now a family of 3 tried to dry their clothes, and the dryer is still not drying efficiently like one of the heating elements went out.
Is awful hard to say it to you people but when it's time for we just need to get ahold of you we cannot do this either through the computer or by phone calls please work on this problem

As others have noted, the app no longer works. Even when it did work, this company never fixed the machines that were reported broken. Tech would fraudulently close the ticket as "no trouble found" but the machines still don't read cards. No tenant can use them.

They don't answer their phone, website doesn't work, app doesn't work. Convenient way for them to not have to refund.
