the app makes me add money when I don't want too, one washer was broken for 4 months I lost $3.00 and never got a refund. you dont have customer service and you suck

Not good they took money from ur bank and when u try to contact the customer service it's the machine keep texting u different subject I'm not recommending this app if u put accidently money in ur wallet u can't refund it.
Very good price for 30 minutes of Wash. No Rinse cycle..Spins out and sprays water for the 2nd and last cycle. Dryers are HoT. Excellent condition!
