sometimes It has some hiccups, but pretty good most of the time
was trying to cancel my account and ended up spending an hour and 20 minutes on the phone, talked to 4 different people (so repeated the story 4 times over), was hung up on 3 times and was told I'd receive a call back from a supervisor within the hour confirming my account was canceled and where to return the equipment, and never received that call. Customer service is definitely a thing of the past.

Awful! The quantity of consumer complaints they have filed against them with the FCC and BBB?? I know why now! Disgusted! Customer service is the absolute worst, billing department doesn't know it's front from its back and I was blocked from even accessing my account online can't imagine why- cuz they just want to rob you! So run from this company as fast as you can they are absolute trash trash trash trash trash trash trash couldn't give them a more negative review if I tried!
