Do not use. cannot log in to read my purchase. Have missed 3 issues now. DO NOT USE. HAVE EMAILED BACK AND FORTH STILL NOT WORKING. NUMEROUS PEOPLE HAVE ANSWERD MY EMAILS, BUT NO ONE READS PREVIOUS EMAILS SO START AT SQUARE ONE AGAIN. ASKED FOR REFUND BUT THEY SIDE STEP THAT QUESTION. WISH I HAD NEVER HEARD OF THEM. WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE.
This app is absolutely hopeless. I too paid for a subscription that I cannot access. Emailed for help the reply was not helpful at all. 2nd email remains unanswered. Totally gutted at this rip off. Totally useless app , and waste of good money.
I paid £4.35 for Spirit and Destiny and then downloaded it and found that I would have to pay again for the magazine. So I've written to them asking for a hard back copy instead. I'm still waiting. They are not very reliable. I wouldn't do it again. Much better to buy in the newsagents.
Love the magazine, the admin if you wish to digitally subscribe is an utter joke. I subscribed digitally on 04/07/22, despite constant emails back/forward I still cannot access my account/subscription/magazine! Each reply from a different person, offers the same instructions and do not offer resolution. If you have plenty of spare time, don't mind not getting what you've paid for and love frustration, go ahead! If not stick with paper copies and save yourself the stress!😡 Very disappointing.
