After multiple emails complaining my premium account is linked with my alexa but i still get adverts. Please sort this out. App works fine but thats about it
Zero stars for the paid version. I loved Scala Radio up until the paid version stopped working on my Alexa. I paid for no ads but got ads. I have complained, and still, ads kept playing. Also, none of the premium channels worked either. I have wasted a lot of time and money.
Lovely music, and good presentation, however the news updates every hour during the evening are extremely OTT - NOT relaxing, but stressful. Retuned to Radio 3
