Got a new phone. Other fishing magazines subscriptions came straight back. Can't logged into my account and can't download new mag even though my subscription payment is up to date. Will be cancelling as there is no help to recover

Brilliant, I subscribe so its all my Angling Times issues in 1 place, with a couple of tweaks it would be 5*. I love the exclusive content but I would like to see a "Where to fish" section broken down to regions and venue day ticket prices etc and a further section for rigs and tactics rundowns. Both of these additions are featured every week in the mag so wouldn't be a difficult task to put them in their own featured section on the app but would offer a great tool for the anglers using it.
Hello, i recently contacted bauer by email, my issue is that because i purchased my monthly subscription through google play for the magazine, i can read the editions on my phone because thats what i purchased the subcruption through however i cannot read the digital editions that i am paying for on my tablet. I was told that bauer cannot help me because i got it through the playstore and told me somehow the playstore can help me with my issue, is this really the case?
