A: apple patched this app so it doesn't work B: no need for the app. In your Windows computer, open File Explorer. Then plug your phone in. Then go to Music->iTunes->iTunes Media->Music then drag all those folders into your phone and it should transfer all your music then you can play them in Google Files. The Google Files audio player has the same fluidity as water.

I've tried everything and still will not sync my ipad with my android via my PC ... and support email doesn't work...
Update: This app is linked to fraud on my debit card AFTER I cancelled my inquiry about a subscription. There were multiple fraudulent charges to my card. I had to kill that card and order a new one. This app is a scam. I tried to sign up for the FREE version. My card was immediately charged &49.95. Fortunately my bank declined the transaction.
App is not working. Desktop is showing an error message 'License File is missing'. Reinstall it. Nothing working
