I had to get this anatomical correction for my posture to learn was amazingly correct
It's really great, thank you. As I am also a user of Muscle&Motion and I use the workout plans a lot, it would be even nicer if we could get Posture workouts. I know we have the exercises, but a plan, like post-workout stretch, would be so nice to have: to go from a workout plan in Muscle&Motion to a post-workout stretch in Posture :)
