Very unimpressive, clunky app. Purchased a small bundle that was not credited to my account. Help function DOES NOT WORK. In short, they took my money and apparently have no intention of delivering on my purchase. In the US, this is called "fraud" and is a crime.
UPDATE: just lost a heads up holding a double pair against a pair, trying to download the log to file a claim and I'm not allowed because the account doesn't exist (I'm already logged in). Biggest FRAUDOLENT SCAM I've ever seen. The shuffle ain't random at all, it rewards regularly bots (disguised as donkey players), most of the time with a "miracle" river card. The automatic answer is BS as well. Looking forward for PS license to be revoked.
If you're a good poker player you can't win here. Also, the hand percentages that are displayed on showdowns/races, are real world percentages, not actually PokerStars pokersite percentages. Probably 100 times or more it has shown that I am an 86.5% favorite to win a hand. Those times it showed that percentage I lost probably close to 98% of those hands. Site, hands, and outcomes favor bad decisions, not realistic. 5 years and I'm done with this BS fake cartoon website. Quit listing percentages!
It's a joke. Nothing like real poker. People calling all in or pushing all in with nothing more than a draw only to catch every time. Pocket aces raise from UTG and get pushed on by 96 OS, obviously they win. Flop a set? They reraise then call all in with gut shot to catch everytime.
App and functionality works fine. Only gave 2 stars because compared to all other play money sites this site is free of stupid pop ups, and offers full 9 player tables. Overall if you're looking for good poker games I recommend going to the casino and playing for real money. At Pokerstars, my experience has been that if you are a good poker player you will almost never win. The Donkeys rule at this site. It's not real money. Ironic that this site is sponsored by "Rational poker school"LOL
