I completed a promotion to get free spins, got to open my chest today. It showed I got 58 free spins, I check to see what games to use the free spins on and it shows I got 17 free spins. So I got cheated out of spins and it won't even let me use the supposed 17 spins at all. What is going on with you poker stars. Used to play on here all the time, looks like I need to find a new poker site.
I wouldn't play here if you value your money. Tried to cash out but had to upload extra docs. When prompt to attach the docs in the popup window, nothing would happen. Refreshedthe app, open/closed, even tried from browser too. Tried the contact us button. They sent me a link in French btw emailed it off and the camera back later and said all good to go. Still couldn't cash out. I won $21k but felt like the money was held hostage. Soo many other sites that actually pay out. I'll be staying away!
Not worth it.
I've held off for over a year before submitting this review. Since pokerstars has migrated to Ontario, the platform just isn't the same. A lot of features that made this site exceptional are just gone. The daily and weekly races are laughable. 5k daily is 1k now with a top prize of $100 and weekly dropped from 10k to 5k. RTP rates keep dropping, auto spin is gone, and most days, it genuinely seems like bonus features are turned off. There are a plethora of technical issues, too. RIP 2012-2024
Absolutely terrible! Used to be a good one but everything stopped paying out. I played every day for a month straight and didn't hit a single bonus. I know the house always wins but at least give some entertainment before taking my money, it literally will drain your funds and give you nothing most times. I just came back after a break and played for 3 days. I got 5 minutes of play time for $60. Get the F outta here with that BS.

Garbage for slots, the RTP is trash, did 10 different 10 cent slots 10 spins on each and the highest pay out was 18 cents. Don't waste your doe on POKER stars slots. Stick to poker, their slots just rob you
