COMPLAIN! I am a 'Platinum' member that basically could not order with the new app. Would not start or would fail during order. Appears to be fixed now after complaining, will update soon if a permanent fix. Love their food and service, hate the new app.
Love the updates and ability to use multiple rewards. Johnnie's has the food app thing down cold!!
Not happy with your new App!!! I had two rewards, Chili & Side salad. Tried multiple times to attach those rewards to my order to no avail! When I went to pick up my order, NO ONE at the To Go window knew how to correct the problem. One girl told me she could email Corporate to get me a refund. I just paid for the order.
The food at Johnnie's is absolutely amazing and I would love to order it more often if this app actually worked. app crashes while trying to do anything. it seems to be unable ro search for locations even after I have given the app permission. Uninstalled and downloaded many times. nothing works.
I don't know how to sign in. It never accepts my password

Good burgers but app is horrible. Can't delete or modify cart once items are added. Lot of improvements required :((
