Overall I think the app is awful. Ordering is easy but that's about it. When you get to check out you can't apply coupons (birthday coupon sent to email didn't work) and it seems like they haven't ever updated their app. You can't see your rewards instead it send you to log in on the friendlys webpage and then you STILL can't see your birthday reward. Why bother driving down when you can't be sure you can even get your promised free b-day sundae. Rather just order online if I decide to order.
Went to pick up the food ordered, the employees already gave to to someone else and the app won't even let me get a refund. Won't be using it again.

If I could rate negative stars I would...the only good thing I can say is they are consistent in ruining food that is intentionally made to be fool proof if you can read & follow step by step instructions (including pics) for every item they have on the menu...I would like to speak with a human to discuss my concerns further about this specific location & to be compensated/refunded for basically throwing my money in trash next to my uneatable food...
