Honestly, I don't understand the point of this app. The "hold a place in line" thing is useless when you reserve from five minutes away but still have to wait 20 minutes for a table upon checking in. There's no loyalty program to speak of - no rewards for money spent, dining visits or to-go orders, which makes no sense (and the marketing emails hold nothing, either). Competitors figured out app benefits, usage and loyalty years ago; OG is just so behind even as customers get less for their $$$.
App always malfunctions & can't get thru to customer service
service was great. Curbside. My only issue and b4 I knew it, I clicked pay with a $6 tip. when I had to go get it myself. Now coming from being a waitress myself, I feel tips are and always been up to the patron.TOGO should not be the same % as a floor waitress. I think.
Can't create an account, can't login, can't sign in with Google or Facebook, can't change my password... what monkey created this app?
App doesn't work. Tried to create account and kept getting the error, retry button. Exited, and tried again, same thing. Just use the website...much easier.
