United StatesWestlake Financial Services account holders now have access to manage their accounts directly from their phones or tablets. Westlake MyAccount offers customers the convenience of making a payments and even setting up recurring payments through this application.
MyAccount customers can register for their account through the application or use existing logins if previously created through the Westlake MyAccount website (https://myaccount.westlakefinancial.com).

This has got to be the worst app ever every month I try to make a payment cash an it won't load the CVS payment option so it's messing up my already bad credit now after this three days of them blowing my phone up its driving me crazy calls all day when I would have made the payment but it wouldn't load. I'm sitting in a hot parking lot praying this will maybe for the love of God load an not to mention the 10+ payments I made that didn't show up on my account thanks Westlake 🤮

Can't speak to one person that understands any word spoken
The only thing the app doesn't do is allow you to make extra payments on the app.
I would love to make a payment early but it denies it every time. I would love to know why it's not working and I would love to know why this app isn't letting me pay my car payment.
