Requirements:
To use “one” App and the related services of Viseca Payment Services SA, you must own a credit card, prepaid card or business card from Viseca Payment Services SA. You must also have a “one” user account (register at https://one.viseca.ch) and accept the Conditions for the use of “one”.
Activation and login:
To register you will need a valid registration code, which can be requested at https://one.viseca.ch and will be sent to you by post.
Security:
“one” App gives you the very highest level of security. Nevertheless, it is still essential that you use your smartphone with care, take appropriate security measures and carefully check the confirmation requests you receive through “one” App. Your due care and reporting responsibilities are specified in the Conditions for the use of “one”. Since the last update. I can nomlonger open the app
The app works Well and looks nice. But the website only shows maintenance mode (chrome, Firefox in windows and Linux). Using the web would be nicer, since it can be used anywhere
After the update app doesn't accept username, password, biometrics. Resetting the password works to log in the browser but not on the app. Language changes by itself. Went from decent to useless.
Wieso gibt es nach 4 Tagen schon wieder ein Update? Ich finde das etwas übertrieben und vorallem ganz miserabel, wenn ich z. Bsp. in China bin muss ich mir extra eine VPN- Verbindung herunterladen. Man könnte doch einfach eine Mail oder SMS vorab senden, mit dem LINK und dem Hinweis demnächst das App upzudaten.
