It would be nice to have a snapshot of the account balances, before logging in
Was happy, but this review has made me a bit frustrated.
Round and round in circles I go, nothing actually getting done.
First Hawaiian Bank has better security than big banks like key bank...my key bank account was hacked and I still have not received any money from them...it went from several hundred dollars a month to draining my account on payday...I tried to dispute and came to find out that many other's were experiencing same especially in the Seattle area...I originally found first Hawaiian Bank when I first moved to Hawaii...I prefer fast friendly in person banking which they are setting new standards in
Username and password error, even reinstalling the app,
I can't pay my credit card bills on this app, any updates to my account takes 2 days to start showing, and keeps making me reset my password/fingerprint. I've re-downloaded this app 5 different times to fix these issues and nothing works. Horrible.
Zelle is not a clear option at all, and the Zelle app just redirects me back to the FHB app.
