The bank itself has lost a lot of ground in the past couple of years from what I've experienced. It's great that the app has check deposite but it takes days for it to be approved. My other bank accounts takes an hour or so. that used to be a credit union perk almost instant update and access to funds. Now SECU is in the dust and not even in site on that one. The interest rates are a joke also. Lowest I've got compared to the others which are all above 4.35%. Not really an excuse for that.
SECU is the best, and their website is user-friendly.
They create an app that won't download won't download and don't provide any help to with the download. Local credit union says it's a Android glitch. What I say is is if it's not Broken? Why fix the dad gum thing. Now I'm without the mobile app to check and do my banking on.
