First review made 2019- Love Esurance but hate i cant access roadside assistance through app 😥 please fix. It cuts down the time stuck on the side of the road especially when its 95+ degrees outside. Update 5/1/24. Just found out my policy is being transferred to Direct Auto. I went to the Direct Auto site and logged in with information from Esurance, it went from $187 to $331. I'll be leaving Esurance and Direct Auto soon after many many years.
Dropping coverage throughout the state. Piss off.

Easy to use. Love how roadside assistance feature is so convenient and dont have to call. Everything you need for your insurance needs is right there.
