Suddenly keeps crashing but normally an amazing app! Update: The issue was easily fixed, and my app is running normal! I have been using this app for my clients for YEARS! my clients love the reminder text they get. I don't see myself using any other app for my scheduling.
Slow payment no customer support will go hours with no response. Terrible
You can lose clients and money on this app. All you will get is messages saying its AI algorithm protection. Caused me to lose a $6k sale. My client and I were good but AI says they protected me from client dispute charges. My client was not happy with them insinuating there money wasn't good. It's been over a week and my client hasn't received money back and no timetable. My advice would be use another platform. Not to mention no customer service to speak with.
Reoccurring charge on my card after canceling it months ago! I've reached out via email, instagram, and text canceling my subscription. All my contact info was included every time I reached out. I am still getting a monthly reoccurring charge of $24.99 for the past six months.
Thank you pocketsuite for helping our business to grow...we look forward to seeing this app grow and expand, especially on their desktop app. PS excels at service and checkout operations. If you're looking for a customized landing page, or customization within the checkout process, you won't find it. Luckily, front end should be easy & enjoyable for most customers to navigate. Pairing with SquareSpace would be key if you want more branding, information or bios displayed.
though we had a bit of an issue with processing a payment the pocketsuite.io team got it handled in a timely manner. I do like the features that they offer especially the buy now pay later features as it helps bring in more clients that can't afford our programs. pocketsuite is a great app to add to your business.
Wants too much personal info to process cards. Can't have 2 ppl w/same number/email address. Huge HIPPA violation in my business
