Trying to make payments on capital one app and keeps taking me to the Credit Wise app
This app is hopeless. And no help with your credit score. And you reach out, and then you get an email saying ? That thing you already know instead of basically telling you the real reason why your credit score dropped 50 points after you made an on time payment . I never opened anything and left my credit alone. Because you buy anything, your credit drops. So I left my credit a lone. I just made my payments on time AND STILL MY CREDIT SCORE. DROPS. This is so frustrating.
