Too many security things to jump over and whne you verify all of them that it's you and that these are your purchases, they block it because their system doesn't think it's you so they want you to call customer service to verify. What is the point of gates when you have to still talk to a cust service rep to clear things. Give me a direct number to call everytime I purchase? No thank you

I like when the app visually deducts your payment from the balance. Stop advertising your digital credit card at every turn. Whenever I've activated it my account has been compromised. I used to get more credit for transferrance of miles to gift card transferrance. Times are a changing
