I love this app and I'm never going back to Goodreads. I would suggest though you could add an alternative to the plus plan of a donate what you can. I would donate a £1 a month to use the app as it is for the recommendations especially.
Great! My one complaint is not being able to default set editions to select audio book.
The book charting part is good, but the recommendations are unbalanced. If you say you are interested in politics, you will get a lot of leftist recommendations: biographies of people like Hillary and Bernie, but only attack pieces on republicans; issue books that basically call anyone who doesn't support the Communist party platform deluded and evil.
It works, really well. Not to mention, the service itself is amazing.
App has some cool features that I would love to use, however I found it very user-unfriendly. It lags when you switch between pages, book covers are unnecessary big, the design is unintuitive, and I also struggled with fonts and font sizes, both in app and at the desktop site (this could be my personal problem, but I would like to have an option to change fonts or at least colour scheme)
It seems like it would be a good app but my graph won't update. When I check the read status in my account it tells me the correct amount of books but the graph hasn't updated. I have tried to uninstall and install it again but nothing is working. Please help!!
I pay for the app and think it's totally worth it. The team is always making improvements, and I love their Roadmap system that lets users make suggestions. If you don't want to pay, you can still get a lot out of it! It's SO nice to have an alternative to Goodreads.
