No updates for a discontinued app make it impossible to get help when it doesn't work. Nice way to force people to buy your tablets. what a scam!
I absolutely DO NOT LIKE that every time I boot my tablet it automatically loads the Barnes & Noble NOOK app! When I'm ready to read, I'd be glad to boot it myself.
Extremely slow and unresponsive app. Takes 30 seconds to load any book. Basic controls are poorly implemented. E.g. volume buttons take multiple presses to turn a page.
Meh. Due to vision issues I read my books and set my apps for landscape mode. Both the Nook app and the BN app have taken away that option. While the reader will go into landscape mode not being able do so for the app makes it difficult to see. If I didn't have so many books and magazines on BN I'd drop it like a hot rock.
Used this app for years and for the last few months I can not access my series. Stand alone books are fine but I can't read any series.
would be a five, but you can not buy in the app. please return that ability back to the app.
