1. User has to enter password *everytime*. Session shouldn't end so quickly and please enable biometric signin (fingerprint) 2. User can't copy transaction reference to paste in description in bank apps. This makes it a tedious manual process. 3. Latest update (April 2024) doesn't work. App crashes once user selects Reason for transfer. 4. Entering the amount, a user will sometimes need to clear the amount field. This brings up a needless warning of minimum transaction amount. Let use clear.
The app was working perfectly then I updated it and it just keeps crashing mid transaction

Just signed up and it won't let me complete my ID verification or conduct any transaction. What then is the point of the application?
I have downloaded the app and have been stuck in the ID verification page. It keeps telling me that "The ID type needs to be an integer". Can your team please guide me through this?
