Slow to load
Very slow to load especially the radar. Doesn't even open to my correct location.

Chose this app on the recommendation and function on a family members android device. Complete disappointment on iPhone. Radar map doesn’t show your pinpoint and just seems dumbed down to me.

So much potential if this app was just maintained. The app doesn’t refresh properly (if you don’t force close it doesn’t update the temp/hours/etc if you look at it later). Also, currently the “current temperature” shows 5 degrees lower than the daily low, but in the hourly graph it shows the appropriate temp.

It shows time from the wrong time zone. A phone in MST shows time in EST. Data sources seem to be broken, API hooks are probably desperately needing an update. Weather.gov updates are only every 6 hours. No way to manually refresh updates other than switching data sources.

The Android version is fantastic, iOS version doesn’t have feature parity. There seems no in-app way to update data when it is stale, force quitting won’t reliably refresh data either. Possibly the weirdest bug though, is the location-based local time on the main weather display can be off by a few time zones when it feels like. Picking that city manually from the list will show the correct time. The hourly weather display will also become stuck 2-3 hours in the past at times, which force-quitting will also not resolve.

It’s an ok app, but not a total replacement for Dark Sky that it needed to be a year after use. Out still lacks many features that I’d hope would be in one main app by now.
