Useless
Just taking space on my phone.
Zenkey predictably discontinued
Verizon pushed this Zenkey as an alternative passwordless method to login to their service plus I believe a music service called LiveXLive. They could have used Microsoft Authenticator or perhaps 2FA from Google Authenticator or Authy but no, they pushed their own little system. No surprise but Verizon has announced the end of Zenkey and were back to just to normal login or 2FA messaging to the phone.
Very annoying
Very annoying and inefficient for a simple login. The app constantly asks to setup the same browser on the same computer. Taking more time than a simple two step verification. Just like anything else about Verizon this app is horrible too.
Wouldn’t ever open
Kept saying SIM card error and going in a loop Awful
error
it says wrong sim card
