Don’t bother buying the plug in Wemo’s. We have them and at first they worked and now with the change of wifi all of our expensive plug in’s went blank and don’t work. It is so frustrating and disappointing.

I hate this GD app I took all my plugs and put them in a box on the top shelf. Decided to try again and it hasn’t changed yet I still hate this app with a passion Not a friendly app too many steps not like a cheaper plug that has only about 4 or 5 steps, then when and if you get it to connect the time schedules are unreal to understand. I think I finally figured it out now all I have to do is wait until it’s supposed to turn on and off, just a very miserable app to work with need new software people that know how to make it easier to setup

If the system goes down and recovers, then each device has to be reconnected individually - a process that takes about 20 minutes each. It’s a real pain. Do not recommend these devices.

We made some important improvements to Wemo Accounts! A bug was fixed that was causing some users to be persistently logged out. We also added support for Apple Face ID and Touch ID. Now you can sign in to access your Wemos much faster. Head to your account settings to turn this feature on.
