Can’t get any help
I received one email but since no response to emails or calls. I like the app… when it’s working.
Very Frustrating
Just not able to get the two canoes app or their Bluetooth reader to work reliably. If I uninstall the software every time and start from scratch, I can get it to work about 1 in 5 times. Each time takes about 30 minutes. I have a third party reader that appears to work like a champ but every time I try to purchase their in app authorization for a third party reader, nothing happens.
Bluetooth Reader Bug
Still doesn't work with macOS
Great App; however……
The app is great, and works; however, IOS now supports smart card reading natively (as long as you have a compatible cac reader, or adapter). Unfortunately, no need to spend the money to use the app long term. The app does work, that’s why I gave it 5 stars.
Broken
New update broke BT read on iOS devices and macOS app was already busted — seriously?
Bug prevents usage
There's a reproducable bug when using the Twocanoes Bluetooth CAC reader and macOS Sonoma
Reader not showing up
I have a TwoCanoes USB-C reader. When I plug it in, it shows up under the System Information report as iR301 just fine, but this app doesn't list it. Ideas?
Added ability to buy support for 3rd party readers in settings screen.
