This application is designed to allow the citizens of Redlands, CA to report issues in their community and for staff to address the reported issues.
Buggy
The app is buggy. I spent nearly an hour wrestling with the app. Trying to submit a report - error. Trying again - error. Logged out of the app and tried to log back in - error. Reset my password - error. Finally found the email address to report to on the city website - done in five minutes.
App is not functioning
Tried to report a fire hazard but not able to enter the address. Also had a difficult time logging in, app is glitchy.
Works great but
You are still never in actual communication with a human. My report was responded to in 2-3 mins. It went from status “received” to “closed”with no further explanation given. An officer showed up at my door 5 hours later with no warning or contact prior. In the mean time I had no idea what was going on. More communication is needed.
- User can now delete their accounts from the profile page. - Fixed issue with viewing nearby requests filters. - Telephone numbers on info boxes can now be clicked to initiate a call. - Other small usability tweaks.
