Images created by Re: Toot can also be shared to other social networks and messaging services. To create an image from a Mastodon post, just copy the link the post and open Re: Toot or invoke the app through the Share Sheet. Re: Toot is free to use and all settings can be unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase.

Mastodon has no native "quote post" functionality, but this app does a great job of filling that gap. I've seen no better way of quoting another user's post and adding your own thoughts to a post. I also use it to share things with friends and family via iMessage for those that don't use Mastodon.
