PTCL Touch app crashing on iOS
Hi, I have an iPhone 12 Pro on iOS 17.1.2. I had been using the PTCL Touch app for many years; however, for the last several months every time I try to log in the app crashes. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times, but to no avail. Please help resolve. Thank you and regards, Omar Jamil

Absolute Signup Disaster
At first, everything seems ok. You install the app. It asks you to sign up. You fill in all the details and choose the password as per the requirements. It sends OTP to your mobile which you receive right away. Now it’s time to enter the OTP and that’s where the absolute disaster begins. Your password needs to have a special character as opposed to what it said at the signup “No Special Characters.” Now you wait half an hour and try again. You go through the whole process again and end up with the same result. It seems everyone having the same problem for over the year and yet it persists which brings me to the next point, “terrible administration.” Whoever was responsible for creating the app did a terrible job, and unfortunately, they are not liable to answer anyone because the company they work for is running on public tax money.
App needs some serious rework
Like many others I also haven’t been able to create an account on the app. It keeps on asking for special characters, letters and numbers no matter what I enter. There’s no subscribed package information of flash fiber as well. ** Inconvenient and frustrating app.**
Bugs in the app , incomplete pages
There are so many incomplete items added with broken codes showing , plus the new account sign up has some bugs it accepted my password and send me verification code than all the sudden said my password needs some special character when I went back to fix it it locked me out for 30 mints ..
Useless app
Full of bugs and glitches. Kindly spend some money to get decent app. You are a national level company and this is your app. Shame on you.
