After the update and new look the app doesn’t work
Worst app
One of the worst app i have ever experienced. From past 2 hours i'm trying to connect with my number but it is not responding same goes when i want to connect with e-mail.
The lamest app became worst
With the new update on 24/7/23 app is not logging and not taking to main screen of accounts, lame company lame app, lamest developer
App Stuck on Welcome Page
App is not working and stuck on Welcome Page since last one month.
Fake network error on submitting complaint
App throws fake network unavailable error when submitting outage complaint, although the internet is working fine. Tested on two separate occasions. Seems rigged from server or in-app code to disallow complaint registration when suits the company.
POOR APP
Used to submit my bills of my Pakistan home from USA. Now this app is saying my IP is suspicious and it’s not letting me logging in. They only take money from the customers, increase the fee/unit every now and then and just doesn’t care about customer services.
Unable to login
Keeps asking for the captcha code and nothing happens. Just fix it … it’s not so difficult.
