Horrible service
They never answer emails, it takes 40 minutes for a callback or wait on hold for customer no-service. Few estimate centers and they’ll low ball your claim. They won’t compensate for your time and vehicle diminished value unless you sue.

The app was very simple to use, we dealt with over 12 phone calls prior to being directed to use the app. One thing I would recommend is using the app immediately.

This app launches automatically from the link you receive from State Farm. The developer has made the assumption that your default browser is Safari. If it is anything else, it won’t startup up SMS pick up the case number.
