aplikasi mySf memudahkan pembelian pulsa dan kuota internet. sering dapet kuota bonus juga di app ini. tapi kecepatan aplikasi dalam melakukan loading data sangat lambat. harus dikembangkan supaya loadingnya tidak selambat ini. kalo UX nya tidak enak lama” aplikasi pasti ditinggalkan user

VERY VERY LIMITED English support in App. No ability to select customer communication on data levels, balance, etc in English. Has credit card payment option, but even per Smartfren sales rep, “it does not work”. Have tried using our cards from US, India, and even the top/preferred Indonesian bank…none work. Pretty pathetic! Waiting for another, hopefully major, Indonesian provider to offer eSIM cards!

Needs to be simplified. With games and treasure hunts and extra points and levels here and there. I just want to see my balance. Then it’s split between midnight and data and multimedia. Difficult to find things. I don’t like to use it at all!!!
Will be more friendly if there is an option to stop the tons of SMS promos EVERYDAY!
Kapan bertobat dan ganti strategi kotor dalam memaksa pelanggan untuk menerima belasan SMS dalam seminggu? Cukup sediakan tombol MATIKAN SMS PROMO di app ini, sehingga pelanggan ga perlu cape2 utk email dan telp CS yg udah lewat sebulan juga tetap tidak ada perubahan!

Mengecewakan sekali, privasi saya dikompromi oleh perusahan untuk iklan produk dari pihak ketiga. Diminta persetujuan consent-nya, tapi opsinya hanya tombol ‘setuju’. What an arrogance. Mending buang aja, ganti penyedia yang lebih menghargai privasi pelanggannya.
