Good, until….
This app was ok, until I paid for an internet packet, and now after 3 days I still haven’t gotten any internet. Their costumer service AI bot, Veronica, is useless. I don’t know why they waste their time with this crap. Does “Veronica” actually make anyone think they’re being helped? Also, they waste time on constantly updating “promos” and other useless advertisements. Do you think we’re stupid? Just give us the price and give us internet. Your fancy graphics and promos do not help anyone.

It gets errors so frequently. Can’t login nor buy any package. And the solution for the reps is always “clear cache, then uninstall, then reinstall.” That is such a bad & inefficient design.

App-nya suka crash dan suka otomatis log out dari akun. Tidak bisa masukin kartu kredit. Konfirmasi pembayaran juga suka lambat sekali, sangat tidak efisien. Customer service-nya juga buruk, tidak terlalu membantu, dan lamban.
