Bad signal
I am writing this review to report an issue with the in-app GPS being unable to pick up your exact location when creating a service request. Please fix this as soon as possible.
Breaks with every iOS update
Having an app like this is nice for residents, but it becomes unusable every time there’s an iOS update. Most dev cycles account for this- read the new release documentation, etc- not sure why LA city/county does not.

Strong Step in the Right Direction
MyLA311 is a strong step in the right direction towards creating a more responsive city. It’s a terrific and user friendly App to report problems and issues to the City of Los Angeles. I recently reported an issue. A service request # was generated and used to track the progress of the reported issue. Furthermore, email updates are sent as well. Most importantly, my issue was resolved within 48 hours.
App stopped working
I can no longer request services through the app. The date details of service no longer works in the app. Going to uninstall and reinstall, fingers crossed.
