Been waiting for confirmation of my registration. Back and forth with utility company and provided all requested info for verification only to be told they don’t have authority to confirm on their end. Yet they allow you to pay the bill? But I’m the landlord and simply setting this up for tenants in order for them to pay themselves. I have to send the pdf to the tenants and make their own payment. Update 5/9/24: Since I posted the above review there has been no resolution whatsoever. Now the ap opens only to going paperless. I can’t see the pdf bills anymore. This feature doesn’t apply to me as a landlord since my tenants need to receive a paper bill. I can not assign a tenant’s phone number since it will be a problem if they moved out. They will receive the notifications instead of the new tenant. So guess what, I’m dumping this ridiculous ap and continue with paper billing.

Latest version issues
Landing page on the latest version directs the user to paperless bill enrollment, but apparently, there is no Accept & Decline button under the T&C, forcing the user to either enroll for paperless bill or not use the app at all. App developers should keep in mind that not all MobileAP users want the paperless bill (myself included), so enrollment shouldn’t be made mandatory.

Your updates made it worst
It went from ok to being crappy. Now I can’t even access my accounts. Now you want to require a mobile number, but it’s not even sending the OTP. How am I supposed to know how much to pay? This is so frustrating! Worst customer experience and service ever!
