Models with old serial communication method are not applicable(some models support). For VRF, models V-II, J-II or later are applicable.

No new updates in awhile and data upload takes 20 minutes or more! Many models can’t be found so does me little good. Please Fujitsu update this app because this app has huge potential!

After downloading app When i open app it says it’s downloading data This has been running for many hours I had to shut down phone to stop Also the app doesn’t show up in my app list on iPhone

After getting my password and logging in for the first time, I have waited for over 10 minutes watching the progress window while it says it is downloading. Is this normal?
